Hello everyone, and welcome back to this week’s report!  It has been a blustery week here in the Upper Florida Keys, and there hasn’t been a lot of boats getting out.  Winds have been blowing in the 25 mph range out of the South East all week pretty much, so we have been able to get caught up on some maintenance and what not and are ready to go as of Friday.  The good news is the weekend is looking great, and looks like a nice stretch of good weather coming up!

Offshore Fishing

This should start producing some consistency offshore, which has been something we haven’t had all year pretty much.  Let’s see how it goes.  Not a lot to report from this week other than some mahi offshore, but pretty spread out.  Been a little rough for deep dropping and Swordfishing, and never mind the hump.  The weekend should bring some decent mahi conditions, and the ability to get to all of the places like the deep sword ledge, the humps, etc.  We will just have to get out and find out where the current will end up and the weeds are lined up.  Should be some debris floating around out there after all this wind as well.

Reef Fishing & Wreck Fishing... Looking Good!

The reef and wrecks should be good this week as well, as no one has been feeding the pets!  Hopefully there will be some good current with the strong offshore winds, and there will be plenty of bait!  Well, we will just have to see how it pans out, and let’s remember what this weekend is all about!

On That Note...

That’s it for this week, and be safe out there!  See you next week!
